Ok, just out of a very good and no problem annual. After the annual done by a A&P I have been flying a bit and thinking that I have some backfire on deceleration coming in from flying around. More then I remember and has been to the point of being able to feel the plane miss or hesitate a bit but only at low rpm flying. So we changed my plugs out both top and bottom, top EI Lightspeed 3 and bottom mag. Took it back up and seemed to be back to normal and great. Put another 1 hour or more on it now and seems to have come back, I then started looking at CHT and EGT and noticed in cruise my number #1 cylinder's EGT and CHT are 100 degrees or more lower then the rest. Any ideas?

Check for an induction leak - if that cylinder is running very lean it would explain both the low temps and the backfiring.

Low CHT and EGT

I thought that if it was a induction leak I would have low CHT but higher EGT?

All depends on how bad the leak is.

Get enough air in there, and it will not fire at all.
