Last night flying a short flight i had my Tru Trak auto pilot on and then again like a month ago the plane just went off course. Put it back on course and tried again all is fine. Five or so minutes go by and again off course, i started looking around the panel and noticed that my Dynon had also lost the gps signal. A few minutes go by and the information from the 496 to the Dynon is back turn on auto pilot all is good. Another five or so minutes and off goes the info from the Dynon and sure enough the Tru Trak a few seconds later is off course turning me to who knows were. This was at night and the first night flight with all the lights on, could this have anything to do with over or under voltage problem?

Questions:

Where is the antenna located? Did the 496 indicate any loss of signal or power? Have you checked the wiring for loose connections?
