Quick question for someone that has some plans/ FWF parts list handy.... since the RV-3 kit is fairly "sparse" when it comes to detail, and I don't want to go with trial and error, does anyone know the bolt sizes (diameter and length) to use with the LORD mounts on an IO-320, dynafocal mount? Should be the same regardless of RV model I'd think, and I think I remember that on my -8, they were different top and bottom.

I just ordered the "EA DYNA BOLT" kit from Van's. It comes with
all the washers and instructions on what goes where.

I used the VANs EA DYNA BOLT kit on my RV-7 with Lord Mounts:

2 ea AN7-43 BOLT - LORD MOUNT
2 ea AN7-44 BOLT - LORD MOUNT
10 ea AN960-716 WASHER 7/16
2 ea AN970-7 WASHER 1 13/16 OD
4 ea AN310-7 NUT, CASTLE 7/16
4 ea MS24665-283 COTTER PIN

...should work on your RV-3 as well.

Which Lord mount is for the RV-7?

If I recall correctly the J-9613 is the one I want but I also see vendors offering:

J-9613-75

What are the suffixes for? Which one do I want?
