This may be a little off topic but I thought I'd share.

Frankie is a kind hearted and caring young man who has Autism and lives in Sydney Nova Scotia. He's been doing these weather reports for a while now and has gathered quite an international following.

He is very passionate and sincere about helping people by making them aware of bad weather headed their way.
