After my right tank passed multiple pressure tests I went ahead and mounted it to the wing. All that is left to do on the right wing (not including glass and electrical) is to rivet on the outboard bottom skin.
I will have to pull the tank again and shave a few thousandths off the skin where it butts up with the top wing skin - it is just a hair long.
The dark line at the skin joint is where I marked to remove a bit of material.
Just the outboard skin left.
