I am looking to buy some RV-4 fairings that go between the wing and fuselage that go all the way back to the flaps. Does anybody out there know who makes them or where I could by some?

Check these out http://www.masseyaircraftservice.com/. You will have to cut them to modify them for the RV-4 body but they will work.

Thanks, did you use those and how much modification needed to fit the -4?

I have not use it. I spoke with them and they told me it will have to be cut around the wing spar. The rocket gets wider as it goes towards the fire wall. The -4 does not. So it has to be moded for the angle difference. I was thinking about making my own sometime in the future (after my airplane is flying).
