Question for those in the know.
Where should an accessory, not shipped with the engine, but bolted onto the engine be entered?
i.e. alternator, propeller governor.
Should they go in the airframe log or the engine log?

I'm sure you will get as many different answers as you get responses. Being one not in the know my approach would be to list specifics in the engine logbook and a reference in the airframe logbook to the entry in the engine logbook just as a notation that is was done.

This is something that is at your discretion. My recommendation is, if which logbook is the question, it never hurts to put it in both.
