Since spars are quite pricey, before I final drill #40 in Step 1, do the instructions imply ALL holes get drilled to final drill spec including those used for mounting the nut plates? ( as written-match drilled J channel holes would be the only exception). I?ve measured the holes with the calipers and it seems to me that the #40 nut plate holes get final drilled.
