I would like to replace the lens on my RV6 upswept wing tips. Anyone know if they are still available?

You will have to provide more information because there are a number of different lens installations that have been used on the Horner style wing tips over the years.

Is it a small lens just covering a nav. light.... a larger lens that also encloses a landing light?

It is the larger one that encloses all the lights on this plane. It is actually the leading 6" to 8" of the wing tip.

What you likely have is from RMD Lighting.
I think you can purchase replacement lenses from them.
