I started with the old lighting kit and now am switching to the new connectors.
I am not sure how many wires are needed for the left wing.
I think I need to have one from the wing root to the stall warning,
another for the position light,
another for the strobe and
another to sync the strobe
is the only ground wire needed the 6'' that is attached to the wing skin or do I need also a ground wire from the wing root?
thanks for your help with this

I do not have that new wing root electrical connector or lights. But the wing needs to be electrically connected (grounded) to the fuselage. So a ground wire needs to go from the fuselage to one half of the connector, and another ground wire needs to go from the wing to the other half of the connector.
Your list of wires sounds complete to me. I would pull in a nylon fish line along with the wires in case another wire needs to be pulled in someday.
You might want to pull in some tubing for an AOA probe. There might be room for 1/8" Tygon in the same bushings as the wires. A stall can occur at various air speeds but at only one AOA (assuming constant flap setting).
