Ok, soon I'll be starting the rudder and horizontal stablizer tips. But I've never worked with fiberglass before.

Can anyone recommend a good book or videos?

I purchased the ASC practice kit...the only item I used was the "manual" ...quite informative actually. But, me being me, I kept looking and ended up with the "West Systems" line of stuff. ACS carries the free "How-To" book on West Systems products. This book and material is also available at a number of marine supply dealers.

I found the West Systems material more informative than the other material. I also ended up giving the ACS practice kit away.

West Systems Website has almost all you need

I second what Noel said about West Systems. They have all manuals available online. Good stuff. I spent couple days reading them and when resin and hardener came, it was very easy to work with it.

I second this link for great info on working with fiberglass. I actually like it! It's all about preparation.
