Small update.
I submitted 2 claims for the full value of the wings and fuselage with LCP parts for a friend. Vans/BMC reached back this week to request to withdraw his claim because as they said in their report, the LCP parts are fine to use. If we do not agree to withdraw, they will contest it in court. Our primary reason for the claim was not linked to the fault LCP parts necessary but to the fact that we were supposed to receive a QB without LCP parts, they confirm before shipping that it does not have LCP parts, and yet we end up receiving LCP QBs. Another reason is: for flaps, there is no way to get pre-build LCP free flaps, only option is to get the parts to build one.
Anyone else in similar conditions? I do not understand exactly what options we have to follow. If we choose to contest in court, do we have to be present there?
