Flew across the bay Mark. It was a beautiful day and I was a 7.5K ft. Seeing the Everglades through the tip of Florida at Flamingo was wonderful. Took me 1.5hrs to go from Sanford to Marathon, 250 miles. Did have a nice tailwind
Yeah that view is one of the reasons I did it. Seeing the Keys from the air after flying over the Glades was very cool. Takes too long to get to 7.5k in a "heavily loaded" 150 so we flew down US1 and took a close look.
