I was reading my new edition of AOPA pilot and saw that L3 Communications has an ad for a new EFIS. http://www.smartdeck.com/
The system looks very interesting, but the website doesn't have a lot of detail on it. You can download a PDF brochure that gives a descent overview. Anyone have any additional info, particularly on pricing? I'm betting it will be out of my price range, but it looks cool.

That looks nice..... and expensive. Seems like there are getting to be several producers for a very finite market. May the best win (not always the case).

does anyone know the price tag on these puppies. by the time i'm ready for avionics i'm sure the prices will come down but still

plan 80+ thousand. L3 has it in their cirrus, if you get a chance to see that plane.
