My until now very reliable KX 155 radio intermittently the digits on the display flash wildly, come back to normal, go out completely etc. I have checked the mount which is solid and secure. Does not seem to be heat related. Today the radio knowing I was going to report it behaved normally

Is this a precursor to radio display failure?
