I installed one on my RV8. I originally put in the Duckworth light in the last bay of the right wing. Before the 1st flight I modified it to take the Kuntsleman led light. I also use the Kuntsleman wingtip position and strobe lights. I don't fly much at night. All i can say is it is brighter than the Duckworth supplied light. I like the position/strobe lights. They work well and are streamlined.
