While doing an engine run up, the engine RPM indication on my DYONON Skyview suddenly went from 1800RPM to Zero. Fearing the worst and with a Friday flight to Cozumel looming, I called Dynon for help.

Dynon Support Tech "Steve" answered the phone on the second ring then walked me through troubleshooting the problem until he figured out it was a configuration issue. It seems I had misconfigured it when I installed the system 89 hours ago yet the system still worked. Now that it is correctly configured I shouldn't have the problem again.

Once again "THANKS" to Dynon for outstanding support of their equipment, even when it is not their fault.
