Recently, I ordered a Stratus Interface Kit for the Stratus ESG transponder/ADS-B that I'm currently installing in my 9A. Sadly the kit was missing several pieces of hardware. An email to Appareo support was followed by a quick reply admitting that they have been having problems with their packaging and would get all the parts shipped immediately. Two days later, I received everything I needed (mostly D-sub connector parts). Thanks Appareo!
