I'm replacing the current PCU 5000x with a brand new Jihostroj governor. The arms are at different angles. Can I remove the safety wired screws and re-clock the stop assembly to match the old install?

Also any advice on setting these things up would be appreciated, this is my first time.

No need to remove, just loosen.
