I applied some JetFlex WB last weekend, diluted w/ 20% water all went well. I was using a Binks Cub SLG HVLP touch-up gun with ~35 psi at the compressor. The fluid control was backed all the way out with a 55T tip. On occasion I would have to wipe down the spray tip with some MEK to remove some buildup and prevent some spitting.

My question. In a few places I notice I was a little thin after everything has dried and I would like to go back over with a second coat in those areas. Should I just spray away or scuff these areas with a scotchbrite. The JetFlex as sprayed has a light texture to it.

I used Jet Flex WB on the interior of my -7 and other inside components. For those areas that I recoated, I did rough up the surface slightly with a Scotch Brite pad. It certainly won't hurt.
