Fitting the J channels to the fuselage and I'm a bit confused by this drawing.


I'm assuming that you just cut the ends so there's an 11/16 tab that gets riveted to the bulkheads, but that right side view has me confused. Also how are the aft ends of the lower and upper J channels treated?

The right view shows what's left after the tab has been cut. Note there's a right and left hand version that go to different ends. I made two templates from scrap pieces after the cut to length. That way I could just mark the areas to be cut on the stringers.
