Hi. I sent them two emails ordering firewall forward kit and other items but received no answer. Do their email account work now? I heard they had problems with web...

We only have 9 days before pricing update policy...

Mine went thru late last week, and I just got an email from Barb about five minutes ago...

Should be working now.:confused:
 
Backlogged?

I just got a reply to last week's email. I guess they have a backlog to get through. I faxed my finish kit order over last night, and I think I'll be glad I did from a $ point of view.
 
I called mine in; the phone works... :p I didn't want to transact that by email or letter mostly because I wanted to discuss the options, so it was easier (and quicker) to order by phone. I still have to send a letter for the prop, though...
