While working today on avionics, I noticed a serious interference problem between the RV-12 Printed Circuit Board Switch Panel and the aft most cowl screw. Here is a picture.
If this screw is tightened with the cowl skin in place, you will probably not notice what is happening and it will seriously distort something and perhaps damage the PCB. The obvious fix is to shorten the screw or leave it out.
