My Vizion 385R started tripping off intermittently in flight especially in turbulence. Since it is several years out of warranty I broke the factory seal and opened it up to find a screw bouncing around the circuit boards causing the failure. The screw certainly came from the top right of the photo presumably to hold that portion of the front circuit board/display in place however unlike the left side no washer had been used. I then noticed a repurposed rubber grommet wedged between 2 boards applying pressure to help hold the forward Board/display under tension.
Deciding weather to find a suitable nylon washer to replicate the left side and replace the screw. Will probably take a friends advice and leave it out.
