I had a red winged blackbird strike my windscreen yesterday. Now I have a half dollar size hole in the very top edge of my windscreen where it meets the sliding canopy. Can I purchase just the front section of the canopy from Vans? Or does anyone out there have a cracked canopy that the windscreen area is still good that I can buy for my RV-3?

I know someone who may have what you need from an RV4. Any idea if it is the same shape/size in the portion you need? It should be but I do not know.

I have a windshield that might help you.
but you will have to fly to Hicks T67 to let me try and fit it to see if what I have will fit.
