I have the engine baffle ignition wire seals from ACS. I also have Slick Mags with thier ignition wiring. The wires for the Slick Mags fit loosely in the ignition wire seals. I don't really want to goop them up with sealant but I also don't want them to be loose to slide around and to allow coolant air loss. What have others done here? Just leave them loose? Put a short pcs of tubing over the wires were they pass through the seal? Your help is appreciated.

Spruce's seals

Sure woulda been nice if Unison included the baffle seals like Champion does with their harnesses. I ordered mine today from Spruce.
Please post your solution.

I have drilled out these seals before, used a rubber grommet to fit in the new hole, and fit the wires.

Worked well for me.

Thanks for your ideas.

What if you wrap that part of the wire in some self-sealing silicone tape?

Both the grommet and silicon tape sound like good ideas. I know were to get grommets but were do you find self-sealing silicon tape? If I can find the tape locally it might be a little cleaner installation.
