Make sure you got the email asking for full payment. I did not. Thankfully I called Vans on the first day of my window to check on status. They asked if I received the final payment email and I said no. He said “oh that’s probably why your paperwork hasn’t moved to the to-do pile”.

He quickly sent the email and I made payment on their portal. Things are now moving appropriately. Glad I decided to call.
