In the last couple of hours of operation the idle RPM has jumped from the initial setting of 1400 to 1670-1700 with no change by me, Do you more experienced Rotax operators have any suggestions what I should look for tomorrow when I start the CI?

Check prop pitch

I'm no expert.....but first thing that comes to mind is the prop pitch has changed. Is your rpm higher than normal during flight? If not, then disregard my first sentence. Steve
