I have a Icom 200 that came with a BNC L shaped antenna connector which you solder your antenna cable directly to. The connector clips to the tray with a C-ring. Once it is connected, good luck getting it off. My Garmin 327 seems to have the same push on receptacle on the radio side of the tray, but with a BNC Jack on the back side, so you can have your antenna lead come and go as you please. Questions. Is there a BNC adapter I can use? Can I use the same one as the Garmin 327. And of course, where can I get one.

The usual thing is to solder to the radio's chassis connector a short (6" or less) coax pigtail, and terminate the pigtail in a female BNC connector: http://www.edmo.com/index.php?module=products&func=display&prod_id=17699. Then terminate you antenna coax with a male BNC that mates with that.

An alternative, you can replace the ICOM chassis connector with a DBA-600: http://www.edmo.com/index.php?module=products&func=display&prod_id=34853 and then your antenna coax male BNC connects directly to that.
