Ok so this is peripherally about my -12 kit .. I started building a few months after I started working on my sport pilot's certificate. I have been building more slowly than I wanted to based on a bunch of work travel and finally putting a bunch of energy into finishing my pilot cert. Today I passed my sport pilot check ride. It was such a cool feeling to know that the RV-12 has been a driving factor in my push to get my license. Now I need to buckle down and finish the empennage kit before my wings get here in a few weeks
