I am building an rv8 and need some suggestions on brands and process. I am going to paint the majority of the airplane in a metallic grey or maybe just grey. I noticed a few people were just painting there airplanes with rustoleum. Is this adivisable? Will it last holdup over time? I just want any easy, durable process.

I'm not sure what you mean by "painting their airplanes with rustoleum". If you mean interiors, yep, lots of people do, and it seems to work fine. If you mean exteriors, I would be surprised if ANYBODY would do that to their airplane
