RV-8 Folks,

I had a near disasterous bird strike on Saturday . My windscreen now has an 8 inch hole. Anybody have a spare windscreen?? Somebody replace the canopy and have the fwd part in the shop collecting dust? I could really use it.

Also - you may want to email Van's - they might have a damaged in shippping canopy that they would sell cheap.

Chuck, Sorry to hear about your mishap. I can't help with the windscreen, but can you give details about your bird strike? Are you ok? How did it happen?
