Need HELP! I forgot to hole debur before I dimple my Rudder skin, can I do anything about it now? I tried to debur it now but apparently not doing the job....
Certainly no tech expert, but when i missed one i would take a little sandpaper and scratch up the back side, if there was a burr, it would come off quickly, the scratching would barely be noticeable as i had already scotchbrited all the rivet lines. The burr would be gone, ensure no big deep scratches and then shoot it with self etching primer. No issues, no concerns.
Worked for me just fine.
