After 6 years of building I finally plopped down payment on a freshly overhauled IO360A1A. Am I excited??? You betcha!!!

No one told me 6 years ago that this relatively inexpensive little airplane kit would cost so much right at the end of the building process. Engine, avionics and paint....wow! I think I could have built it for less but by taking my time I now have all of my wish list bought and going into the plane.

Now to get back to work and get it in the air!!

You're right!! Don't think I will be going far without one. The prop is still on the "to get" list along with the Sam James cowl, wheel pants and Ack ELT. At least the list is getting shorter.
