For those of you who have Koger sunshades, did you have any problems with getting the shade to slide smoothly? The issues are mostly (but not exclusively) around the screw holes for my slider version. I'm looking for burrs that might be causing the problem and wonder if I might also have to chamfer the forward and aft edges of the nylon sliders than run in the track slot. Wondering if there's anything else others have learned after installing theirs.

I have the same issue with my Koger Shade in my slider 9. Hopefully somebody can point us to a fix.

A little silicone spray on a swab. Run it up the track a time or two.
