Sorry if this is an obvious answer, but I could not find it in my search. I've decided to use proseal quarts and need to know how much to order for my RV8 fuel tanks. Thanks in advance.

I've heard rumors that with caution, you can do both tanks with one quart.

I threw caution to the wind and used about 1.25 - 1.5. You'll need some on the fuselage for the firewall, cooling ramp, and NACA vents also. Oh, and after doing the tanks, you start thinking of other uses for Proseal.

Get two, store the one you're not using in the freezer.

I used a little over 1 1/2 quarts. I know that some used less but I figured that using a little more along the rib edges and on the rivets makes sure that I won't be opening the tank to fix a leak.

Thanks guys. I spent at least 45 min this morning searching for this, and couldn't find it...I guess I wasn't typing the right search words??
