How long is too long to wait for Vans to acknowledge the submission of a new kit order? I sent my emp order form in early last Friday, and I'm eager to get in the long line, especially before an Oshkosh flood of orders. Obviously, it's a holday week so additional delays make sense, but how long should I wait before I bug Vans?

Placed an order for an RV-12iS tail kit a couple of weeks ago. Took two full business days for an acknowledgment from Van’s.
 
I sent the order form for a wing kit via email on June 30 and received an automated response the same day. Late in the afternoon on July 5, I received an email from a real person thanking me for my order and answering a question I had. They also sent a link to the secure payment page on their website so I could pay the deposit via credit card.
