I have the tail feathers finished. I assumed the kit and only had to finish the left elevator. I am confused about the fit of the elevators when attached to the stabalizer. The counterweights fit into the stabalizer skin where there is a notched section. It looks like this area of skin needs cut away as well as fitting the fiberglass wingtip...Is this the idea: bolt the elevators to the strabalizer to see how much skin needs cut away or am I missing something.
