This is for those installing H/Harnesses with Vans crotch stap intall kits. Vans kits supply an AN5, but the hooker crotch strap bushing only fits an AN4. This is one fix instead of just intalling a lighter AN4 bolt:
Punch out the bushing carfully and chuck this small bushing into your drill press. Now, with the drill on high speed, insert the file in the center of the rotating bushing and oscillate the file up and down untill the AN5 bolt fits in the opening. Now, refit the bushing back into the buckle and using your DRDT-2 Dimpler install your largest male dimple die mounted on the top with the flat one on the bottom, carfully reflange both ends. done

no need to punch it out

just take the .311 reamer and push the bushing side against a table and run the reamer through it. easy as pie. takes 15 seconds per side. i wouldnt use a drill bit as it would probally cause the bushing to spin.
