My intercom is a PS PM3000. The aux input I am using is shielded with two wires inside, one white one white/blue. The GRT unit pin number 24 says to connect it to Intercom Aux Input. Duh....which wire of the two in the shielded wire do I hook it to??? Am I thinking the two are for left/right?

I know, I know, I'm going to feel stupid when I get the answer:cool:

Call Greg in Tech Support at PS Engineering 865-988-9800. I'll bet the guys who make it know the answer! ;)

Depending on which model of the PS-3000 you have, the shielded pair can either be a stereo input, or two unswitched mono inputs.

The PS Engineering website has the install manual for the intercoms, and this should clear things up.

If you have more than two auxiliary inputs required, you may need to build or buy an external mixer. I've done both in various panel designs. If you are interested in more info, go to my vx-aviation website.

Thanks, Vern
