OK, I am stumped. I have the headset wires coming up behind the panel OK, but 41-14 says to plug the wires in the intercom Dsub. Problem is as you can see, there are no empty holes to plug them into. What am I missing here?

That drawing is for the old D-180 electrical system. Use Van's Skyview schematic and connect the headset wires to OPTIONS D-Sub positions 24 through 29.

You were right Joe, found the correct wiring over on page 42D-20! Seems to me that it should have been next to the D180 or referenced to it somehow.
