Just installing a Dynon HDX efis and would like to get it to accept input from VDO sensors. I plan to buy Kavlico replacements but want to fly while I'm waiting. Is this possible?

The sensor definitions file should still have the old VDO sensors listed if they were the same ones used originally. Just select the older sensor now but remember to update the sensor in the setup when you change over to the Kavlicos.

If your sensors are really old, and you do not see that particular selection in EMS choices, I seem to recall there was one called "generic" blah blah blah, that worked on my VDOs..
