Im trying to figure out the AD notes on the older 2Y props.
Im looking at buying a pretty decent prop. Low hours.
Prop shop will IRAN or OH.
However the Hub has no prefix behind the serial nr.
There was several AD-notes on this.
The 2006 AD-note was worded such that even the o-320 2YL was included.
Prop shop claims that this propeller is not affected, since it doesn't have the -1, -2, -4 prop blades and is for the O-320.
Im buying this prop primarily to fly acrobatics. The AD note is mentioning props previously used for acrobatics are affected.
Somehow I feel that this prop probably isn't the best option for me.
Any inputs??
