2700 which is max per manufacturer or less.... (what you set with the govenor)

I would like to suggest to check the TCDS (Type Certificate Data Sheet) to see what limitations are on the hub and blade.

The blade used on MY Hartzell prop has a minimum length of 72". IF it were to be reworked to less than the 72", I would be operating in an EXPERIMENTAL area where there is no factory support or data available.

Typically propellers are not something to experiment with outside the manufacturer's recommendation.

Harmonics on a metal prop can get exciting rapidly.
