Hi Guys,
I am building RV9A in Germany. Can some one advise me on what size of hardware bolts and nuts are required for Wing Incidence.

7/16" X 4" hardware x 8 ea. for the spar... taper the ends no nuts required.

I used 4.5" long 7/16" Bolts. 7/16" fits nicely in the pre-drilled holes. Buy some extra bolts and make a pair of "drift pins" -- cut off the threads and taper down the shaft of the bolt. This makes them slide and align easier in the holes. Once the two drift pins are in, you can use the normal 7/16" bolts in the other holes.

Namrick in UK has these bolts

Hi Vini,

When I restored my Healey, I needed many imperial size hardware and I was happy to find Namrick for these "weird" supplies.
They have 7/16" x 4" bolts here:
http://www.namrick.co.uk/browse.asp?PCID=6

As they are located in UK and the British Pound is now quite cheap to us Euro people.
