Hangar with large 10ftx4ft translucent 'plastic' of some sort skylights. They sweat' in winter and drop droplets of brownish yuck on floor or whatever's there. They are not actually leaking but dropping condensation. Anyone have large skylights that don't do this??? During winter have to play musical planes to keep them from being under skylights. Thanks. larry b

I wouldn't put skylights in another building at all. I have the same problem in my hangar. Especially if I'm warming it up with heaters. After about 20 minutes, it starts raining in there.

If you can add another layer of plastic below the skylight, to make a dead air space, it will stop condensating.
