The install manual for the GTR 200 note 5 " isolate jack sleeve from the aircraft chassis". How? One thougt is to install a somewhat thich plastic plate where I will be installing the plugs and mount the jacks on the plastic. Not putting the jacks in the panel but at the center of the seat back cross beam, so this solution may not be such an aesthetics issue as on the panel. Think I can make it look acceptable.

Stepped Washers

You can purchase stepped plastic washers to isolate the jacks from the air frame. Steinair and B & C sells them.
