Anyone have any experience with this pairing? I have an older 430w that I am thinking about updating and just looking at options and opinions.

HXr and IFD440

I did the very upgrade you are talking about and love it. The change over from the 430W to the IFD440 is totally plug and play, I recommend you take a picture of each page of the settings menu of the 430 and then just copy them into the 440. You'll be up and running in an hour.
