I am wondering what should be programmed into the 530, 430, & GRT HX..?

530 serial in 1 - Shaden/fadec 9600..?
530 serial out 1 - avaition 9600..?


430 serial in 1 - Shaden/fadec 9600..?
430 serial out 1 - avaition 9600..?

GRT serial 6 out - Fuel/Air data..? To 530 serial in 1
Serial 5 in - avaition..? From 530 serial out 1
serial 6 in - tis..? From 330 out 2
serial 3 in - CO ....this is ok
Serial in 4 - aviation..? from 430 serial out 1

Have you checked teh GRT Yahoo group? There's several files there wtih config tabels.
 
This is for Horizon HS, but it shouldn't be too hard to "translate" for HX... I guess the only difference will be on GRT's side as far as where ARINC wires go since HX is different in that respect.

OUT1 LOW GAMA 429 -- new setting, used by the autopilot
SDI LNAV 1 -- new setting
VNAV Enable Labels -- new setting

Input Shadin-fadc --standard GRT
Output Aviation --standard GRT

Vor / LOC / GS ARINC 429 ConFIG
RX and TX need to both be set to LOW. -- forced by A/P

GRT Horizon General Set Up
ARINC Receive rate Set to High or LOW -- A/P dependent
ARINC TRANSMIT Rate SET to LOW -- standard GRT
ARINC GPS INPUT Set to ARINC input source GPS1 or GPS2. -- new. Set to ARINC input source, GPS1 or GPS2.
