I've been trying to trying to get a GRT hall effect sensor out of GRT for some time but with no success (I know this is contrary to others, but I find them pretty poor at answering my emails!).

Does anyone know of any alternatives that I can use with the GRT? I need one very soon as I'm getting close to finishing and I'm giving up on Grand Rapids!.

Well, I would suggest before you give up that you call them. I have dealt with GRT for over 7 years now and can honestly say that whenever I call and talk with Sandy she works diligently with me until I have my problem resolved. That actually goes for everyone I have talked with there. Don't just rely on email to communicate. Pick up the phone and talk one on one with a person before giving up on the process. Good Luck.
 
Same for me...great customer service

and tech support. Always answered all my questions, quick to fabricate harnesses, quick to ship.

ACS has the same exact ones from GRT.
